CHEXX N NIC

Nic is our go-to Gelding! Show and Win on the weekend and work the rest of the week. We have used him in our feedlot to gather fields, load trucks, sort and ride pens.

“Roc Solid” is a big, strong, gorgeous, level headed, multi-talented gelding. Ranch raised, Roc has been a dream from day one! Easy going, smart on a cow and a willing participant to everything you throw his direction. Super gentle so the entire family will be fighting over him.
TRIP N SHINE
Consigned by: Tyler & Jennifer Holzum, Oakdale, CA
Trip is the best horse we have ever sent to The Main Event Horse Auction. He is 6 y/o with a lot of bone and foot. He is the perfect size for everyone. He stays gentle in a stall or turned out. We have used him on the West Side, Sierra Valley and all over. We have branding many calves, shipped yearlings, peeled pairs apart and doctored outside on him. We have heeled on him at jackpots this summer an hauled him to many junior rodeos. He is going to be the “real deal” heel horse. Trip is good on a cow, lots of stop and turn arounds. You will be able to ranch on Trip, take him to jackpots and show him in ranch classes. He will have a full set of x-rays on file at the sale from Pioneer Equine Hospital. Please call Tyler at 209.499.7955 with any questions.

CATZIN IMAGE, is a 5yo sorrel gelding by Tom Cat Chex LTE: $148,000 ncha. Zin has been used in all aspects of ranch work; doctoring yearlings and branding calves. He’s done it all including contributing to a Champion Ranch Rodeo Team! He was started as a Reiner and has the ability to do simple maneuvers. Not only can this horse be use on the ranch, he would excel in the AQHA Ranch Riding and Ranch Versatility classes. Contact Ryan Denier with any questions at 209.712.6135.

“Rio” is a very nice, honest gelding with million dollar breeding. His roan color and coon tail gets him noticed. Rio started out as a ranch gelding; doctoring, branding and all facets of ranch work. Over a year ago, we started hauling Rio to compete in ranch rodeos, sorting’s and WSTRA/ACTRA roping’s. He has a big stop, versatile, reactive (light) and yet a very kind gelding. We have used him to start colts with and in our lesson program. He is the same gelding inside the arena or outside on the trail. He always tries to please. He has been on the cutting machine a few times and it wouldn’t take much to be a ranch cutter. This nice, young gelding’s temperament and willingness make him an ideal all-around horse for the entire family to enjoy.
PEBBLES PEP OLENA
Consigned by: Ali Bilkey, Santa Ynez, CA
“Newt” is a really nice 6yr old gelding. He’s been used on the ranch and in the arena. This easy going gelding has been team roped on both ends and hauled to a few jackpots. He is also patterned on the barrels and started in the breakaway; it will not take much to get him finished. Not much bothers this horse he does whatever you ask of him. Feel free to call me if you have any questions 805-245-1412.
EYE OF THE BADGER
“Blue” – 2009 Sorrel Gelding
Blue has performance points/wins in the NCHA and AQHA. We purchased this 9 year old gelding 2 years ago, seeing great potential as a well rounded ranch and rope horse.
He has proved to be dynamite in the branding and sorting pen. Blue has been to several jackpots up and down the state in both heading and heeling. Ali Bilkey has won on him heading and I have won on him heeling at Paso Robles, Madonna Inn and Ventura. He has been used in competition on the Ranchero ride, Portola ride and Tejas Vaqueros ride, placing in roping, branding and sorting events. Ali Bilkey has been breakaway roping on him the last six months and with his speed and big stop, it comes very easy for him. Standing at 15 hands and weighing 1,175 lbs., Blue is capable for any competitive task. My daughter also showed him in the High School Rodeo D7 Reined Cow Horse competition and made it to State Finals. Ali Bilkey will be showing Blue at the sale.
EV SANSKIPPA DOOLEY
Consigned by: Christie Jones :: Pitchfork Ranch Leona Valley, CA
Flea is a well put together 15.h, 1200 lbs. ranch gelding who goes back to HOLLYWOOD DUNN IT. This ranch gelding has branded calves, roped outside and just about all other ranch duties. He is no stranger to rough country and packs himself well. He has been started roping in the arena; tracking the smarty and roping the lead steer. Flea has a laid back, kind temperament and gets along well with our mature clients; serving as a lesson horse both inside the arena and outside on trails safely.

SHES SOME KINDA CD
Consigned by: Tyler & Jennifer Holzum, Oakdale, CA
Burlesque is by our CD Olena stallion our of a good Mr. Colonel Bar mare. Wyatt Bourdet started her this spring and used her on easy gathers during the summer. This filly has a ton of look, tight tailed and her ears are up all of the time. Burlesque is a great mover and is extremely talented. You need to see her to appreciate all of her qualities. She is very willing, wants to stop, turn around and is very good on a cow. This filly is gentle and on track to be shown as a 3 y/o. She is big enough to be used on the ranch. When you are done with her, she will make an outstanding brood mare. Please contact Tyler Holzum at 209.499.7955 with any questions.
